Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Pittsburg, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required Location and Description. The Project is at the existing Highlands Ranch Reservoir facility near the intersection of Glen Canyon Circle and Ventura Drive, in the City of Pittsburg and is generally described as follows: The work consists of rehabilitation of the existing 1.0-million-gallon Highlands Ranch steel on-grade water storage tank. Work includes removal of the existing interior ladder, landing platform , and impressed-current cathodic protection (ICCP) system; installation of a new interior coating system ; localized exterior coating repairs; installation of a new stainless-steel interior ladder and landing platform; installation of a new ICCP system and associated electrical components, anodes, cables, conduits, and roof penetrations; structural inspection and authorized repairs; tank disinfection and testing ; ICCP commissioning; and all related work necessary to complete the rehabilitation and return the tank to service in accordance with the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents.
