The work includes installation of approximately 1,680 linear feet of 12-inch PVC water main (DR- 14, C900 ), butterfly valves, valve assemblies with anchor blocks, a combination air release valve assembly, a fire hydrant assembly, associated pipeline tie- ins and appurtenances, trench excavation and backfill, pavement and surface restoration, traffic control, erosion and sediment control , and all other work necessary to complete the Project in accordance with the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. Along Crestview Drive, the Contractor shall perform the water main valve installation work in three (3) phases, with each planned water service interruption limited to eight (8) consecutive hours.
