All requests for information regarding this bid package must be made via e-mail to the attention of William G. Paille, PE, Project Manager, wpaille@bscgroup.com and must be received by 5:00 pm on October 1, 2026 The work under this contract consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services to replace the existing watermain and service connections along Valley Street as described herein. The contract will be awarded to the bidder deemed by the Town to be the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. Selection of the successful bidder will be based upon bidder qualifications, including evidence of past performance on similar projects and bid price. The contract award is subject to availability of funding. Replacement of existing watermain and service connections along Valley Street from Shore Drive to Rathburn Street.
