Demolition, site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Freeport, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,000-square-foot transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
This will be a one-step, lump sum contract with the scope as follows: 1. Removal of existing membrane roof (approx. 23,000 SF) and installation of new membrane roof (min. 60 mil thickness). Existing steel decking to remain. 2. Removal of existing metal roof (approx. 2,000 SF) and installation of new standing seam metal roof. a. Removal of existing purlins and installation of new purlins. b. Removal of existing gutters and downspouts and installation of new gutters and downspouts.
