The County of Riverside Transportation Department proposes construction of approximately 0.25 miles of asphalt roadway on Florence Street, from about 250 feet north of Cajalco Road to Dawes Street in Mead Valley, Riverside County. Work includes removing and replacing about 50 feet of existing asphalt concrete, paving the remaining unpaved roadway with Hot Mix Asphalt, grading, moisture conditioning, safety edge and shoulder backing, asphalt dike replacement, pavement delineation, vegetation trimming/removal, and rock removal. All improvements will be within the existing County right-of-way, with no additional right-of-way or temporary construction easements required.
