Building Construction including, but not limited to renovation of approximately 14,412 square feet, to include all interior rooms and finish, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations. Major structural repairs, installation, and roof replacement. Work is subject to liquidated damages in the sum of $200.00 for each consecutive calendar day after assigned completion date will be accessed to the contract holder. Licenses: Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades. B. Insurance and Bonds: A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
