Demolition and site work for a residential development in Michigan City, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The work covered by this Project consists of the demolition, removal, and disposal of all buildings and building components, miscellaneous items, landscaping in the immediate vicinity of building(s), and trash of building located at 512 HOLIDAY STREET, Michigan City Indiana 46360. Demolition shall include all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete said demolition work. For the demolition of the structure with appropriate fill and grading of the area, and clearing of the premises (including accessory structures, landscaping, fencing & debris) A Bid Bond , signed by both the surety and the bidder, or Cashiers Check, in an amount equal to ten percent ( 10%) of thetotal bid amount must accompany each bid . The City of Michigan City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities and to accept any bid from responsive and responsible bidders and further reserves the right to terminate
