The Town of Glastonbury will be accepting responses from qualified individuals or firms to provide on-call civil engineering consulting services for the Town on an as-needed basis. The basic scope of work includes civil engineering services across a broad range of disciplines including but not limited to transportation, environmental, water resources, structural, and geotechnical engineering. Interested firms need not possess expertise in all disciplines listed to be considered. The Town reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any part of, or the entire submission, when said action is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town.
