Site work, paving and renovation of a library in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Adjust site access drive along the rear of the library, alter pedestrian walkways around the rear entrance, and install a traffic island (colored stamped concrete or granite pavers on reinforced concrete base). The Town of Glastonbury will receive on-line bids to adjust the site access drive along the rear of the library and to alter the pedestrian walkways around the rear entrance. Additional work includes installation of a traffic island. The base bid is for the island to be colored stamped concrete, and the bid alternate is for the island to be granite pavers on a reinforced concrete base. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
