Emergency Lights Common Hallways The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Furnish and install new illuminated exit signs and emergency lighting units in sixteen (16) existing common stairs across two buildings. 2. Furnish and install a weather rated remote emergency lighting head on the exterior at each stair egress door. 3. Wire new emergency lighting fixtures to existing unswitched 120 volt power source per plans. 4. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 5. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 6. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. For BIDS/CONTRACTS exceeding $25,000: 100% Performance and Payment Bonds are REQUIRED
