Willow Lake Water Pollution Control Facility will engage the services of a recognized electrical distribution testing contractor for the purpose of performing preventive maintenance, testing, and power loading on our electrical distribution system. The current Maintenance Testing Specifications (MTS-2019) that are produced by the National Electrical Testing Association (NETA) will be the guide for services required. This will normally be scheduled work with some unscheduled requirements. The testing program is designed to completely test all the Willow Lake and River Road electrical distribution equipment on a three to five-year cycle with some critical equipment tested annually. The estimated testing hours needed are 325 hours. In addition, the testing contractor shall be qualified to perform a comprehensive Arc Flash and coordination study of the entire Willow Lake and/or River Road electrical system as requested by the City. They must be received no later than OCTOBER 14, 2026 at 5:00 PM (local time) The City reserves the right to cancel this procurement or reject any or all bids, when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City.
