Scope of Services: Phase 1 : Selective Demolition and Disposal Remove all existing ceiling materials and attic insulation Remove wall paneling, flooring, interior doors, interior doors, cabinets, molding, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures. Remove interior walls as required for the redesigned office/clinic layout Remove existing exterior doors and windows Remove damaged or mold affected siding Remove deteriorated fascia boards, soffits, and frieze boards Properly haul away and dispose of all demolished materials, debris, and waste in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Phase 2: Renovation, Systems, and Accessibility Improvements Construct and relocate interior walls to support the new office/clinic layout Add a third examination office between the two existing front rooms Install insulation in all interior walls and additional insulation as needed for sound reductions; install allnew attic insulation Reconfigure and install plumbing to support the revised layout, including construction of one additional bathroom and renovation of the old bathroom Install new electrical panels, wiring, switches, receptacles, interior lighting, and exterior electrical required Clean exiting HVAC ducts and install additional ductwork necessary for the new room layout and install new HVAC components as system Install drywall on all ceiling and walls Install solid-core interior and exterior doors, complete with new hardware, for sound control, privacy, and durability Install new cabinets, shelving, countertops, and a sliding ervice window at the front office/secretary desk area Install new floor covering throughout the facility Install new trim, fixtures, and building hardware Provide bathroom ADA compliant grab bars, accessible improvements, entrance hallway clearance/accessibility, and an ADA-compliant exterior ramp. ADA requirements for accessible routes and facilities apply to public accommodations and public entities. Phase 3: Finishes, Exterior Restoration, and Closeout Paint all ceilings and white Paint interior walls, trim and cabinets light brown, subject to district approval of final colors.
