The Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec is inviting tenders for the provision of construction services under the contract for the construction of workspaces. Construction of 14 new offices within the SAAQ headquarters, including 6 offices on East Tower Level 3 and 8 offices on North Tower Level 4. Work includes demolition, gypsum partitions, ceilings, flooring repairs, painting, doors, frames and hardware, glazing, architectural finishes, mechanical, ventilation, controls, electrical, lighting, telecommunications and all related construction required to deliver fully functional offices. This work must begin as soon as possible and be completed by 26 February 2027.
