Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Hickman, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: 1. 2. Bid Section 1: Civil Sitework. Provide all required labor, materials, and equipment to construct a booster pump station foundation, site piping, connect to existing water mains and electrical systems, complete associated electrical and control work, install a prefabricated booster pump station (pre-purchased by the Owner) on the Contractor installed foundation, site grading, seeding, SWPPP development, installation and maintenance, site fencing, concrete drives, and all other items of constructed as shown in the plans and described further in the specifications. a. Alternate Bid 1: Install additional access roadway on water treatment property, additional site fencing (see plans). All other items of construction shall remain the same. Bid Section II: 1.5 Million Gallon (MG) Ground Storage Reservoir. All labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of a 1.5 MG welded steel ground reservoir, tank foundation, piping 5 feet outside the tank, and all appurtenant work as required as depicted in the plans and described further in the specifications.
