Renovation of a mixed-use development in Warrenton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and municipal facility.
Plumbing updates at the Warren County Courthouse jail facility. Scope of work: _ _ Replace existing flushometers with new Sloan 9630 (3.5GPF) Replace flushometer piping from flushometer to back of toilet _ Assess 4" cast iron stack with option cost to replace if needed _ Replace 1/2" water lines with new 1/2" copper lines _ Replace copper sink drain from stack to back of sink _ Replace existing 4" cast iron from stack to back of toilet _ Replace existing gate valves with new quarter turn valve (main water line) _ Replace existing quarter turn valves with new quarter turn valves _ Replace existing quarter turn valve with new quarter turn valve (main for toilet) _ Replace all steel braided water supply lines with new _ Install new toilet cleanout with new cleanout cap with pin The Warren County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein. The Commission reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, which, in its judgment is deemed most advantageous to the County. No bids will be accepted by facsimile transmission
