The project generally includes the following major work items Site preparation and earthwork (clearing and grubbing, muck excavation, dewatering, ditch excavation, dredging, etc.) Multi-lane concrete boat ramp, vinyl sheet pile retaining walls, floating dock system with gangway, and ADA kayak launch Pavilion and restroom building with electrical and site lighting Paving and site improvements (concrete and asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, guard rail , pavement markings, dumpster pad with enclosure and bollards, etc.) Drainage improvements (7' x 8 ' box culvert, reinforced concrete pipe, riprap, etc.) Water and sewer improvements (6" water main, fire hydrants, 6" gravity sanitary sewer, grinder pump station, 1-1/2" sanitary sewer force main, utility relocations, etc.) Erosion control, hydro-seeding, SWPPP, and temporary traffic control Construction of a new boat ramp, identified as the Lake D'Arbonne Mega Ramp. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
