Renovation of an educational facility in Selma, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work: Replace two units and one 1 gas package unit. A cashiers check or bid bond payable to Selma City Board of Education in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the proposal , but in no event more than $ 10,000.00, must accompany the bidders proposal for each project. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance as required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted Question Deadline 10/20/2026 All RFI's must be numbered and made in writing to the Architect's email LathanprebidRFI@Lathanmckee.com.
