Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Selma, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of rehabilitation to Well No. 1 to include removing and replacing existing high service pumps, chemical feed equipment, filter tank media and appurtenances, aerator, flocculation and sedimentation equipment, sensors, doors, louvers, windows, control systems, etc., and rehabilitation to Well No. 3 to include removing and replacing filter tank media and appurtenances. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. **Documents are for viewing purposes ONLY. In order to be eligible to submit a bid, the prospective bidder must register and receive the bidding documents directly from the Engineer.** Question Deadline 06/25/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
