RFP - Airport planning and engineering consultants The Craig Field Airport & Industrial Authority (Cfaia) is Seeking Statements of Qualificationsfrom Experienced Airport Planning and Engineering Consultants to Perform Services for Thenext Five Years at the Craig Fieldairport. Possible Services Willinclude Preparation of Pre-applications and Applications for Federal and State Funding, Airportlayout Plan, Capital Improvement Plan, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (Dbe) Plan, Environmental Studies, Feasibilitystudies, Benefit Cost Analysis,airport Minimum Standards,airport Compliance Issues Andanalysis, Engineering Designand Planning for Runways Andtaxiways, Runway/taxiway Overlays, Pavement Maintenance,aircraft Parking Aprons, Airportlighting, Navaids, Weatherreporting System, Land Acquisition, Fencing, Roads, Fuelingfacilities, and Terminal/hangararea Improvements. The Selected Consultant Will Negotiate Andenter Into Individual Sub-agreements for Such Services, Basedon the Scope of Work, With Thecfaia on an Assignment-by-assignment Basis During a Five (5)year Term. Individual Contractsshall Be Executed for Each Assignment. Be Advised That Suchservices or Projects May Be Accomplished During the Course Ofmultiple Grants. The Cfaiareserves the Right to Waive Anyinformality in Any Proposals,to Accept or Reject Any or Allproposals It Receives, to Makea New Request for Proposals,and to Make Awards in the Bestinterest of the Cfaia. Someof the Services May Not Be Required and the Cfaia Reservesthe Right to Initiate Additionalprocurement Action for Any Ofthe Services Included in the Initial Procurement. It is the Intentof the Cfaia to Select a Consultant as a Result of This Effort.
