Renovation of a library in Selma, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Sealed proposals are invited for Library Renovations for Wallace-Selma Community College, Selma, Alabama. Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Alabama Community College System in an amount not less than five percent of the bid amount, but not more than $10,000. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance as detailed in the bid documents are required at contract signing. Drawings and specifications are available for examination online, and bid documents can be obtained from the Architect with a refundable deposit for general contractors submitting a bonafide bid. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Architect or suitable copies. All bidders must be appropriately licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975, with evidence of such required prior to bidding.
