The proposed Work is generally described as follows: Work of the project consists of the labor and incidentals for the installation of clay pavers (29,340 SF) furnished by the Town of Argyle on Main St. This includes all associated items necessary for the project to be completed in accordance with the Specifications and shown on the Drawings. Bids shall be submitted under a condition of irrevocability, except as required by law, for a period of ninety (90) days after Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional Bids or counter Bids, and to accept the Bid that will be in the best interest of Town of Argyle.
