Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Park Hills, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Construction of 8 and 12 inch ductile iron water main, including appurtenances and related work. The proposed Work is generally described as follows: Construction of approximately 3,900 feet of 8" & 12" ductile iron water main together with the appurtenances and related work along Amsterdam Road from Park Road in Fort Wright to Hamilton Road in Park Hills, Kenton County, Kentucky. Question Deadline 11/02/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The City of Park Hills has plans for roadway and sidewalk improvements along portions of Amsterdam Road following the water main replacement project. Specifically, full depth pavement replacement and sidewalk construction will occur between Sleepy Hollow Road and Hillcrest Lane. From Hillcrest Lane to Hamilton Road, asphalt milling and paving will occur. Pending approval by the NKWD Board of Commissioners, the District anticipates awarding the water main project November 20, 2026 and issuing Notice to Proceed for the water main project to commence work on or before January 4, 2027.
