For Jackson Road Roadway Improvements The project site is located near Cleveland Ave. north of Amsterdam Rd. and consists of the following work: 2,090 s.y. of 8" Asphalt Pavement, 2,075 l.f. of Concrete Curb and Gutter, 440 s.y. of Concrete Driveway Replacement, 1,388 L.F. of Storm Sewer & Perforated Edge Drains and other appurtenances. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Proposals must be signed and contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein. It is the intent of the City that this project be completed no later than November 30, 2019. The City will also be accepting an alternate bid proposal with a final completion date of June 30, 2020. The City of Park Hills, Kentucky reserves the right to reject any and all bids, the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bids, and the right to negotiate with the bidder submitting the apparent lowest and best bid.
