Reference Number 0000334637 McMaster University is soliciting information from interested Proponents seeking to provide Mechanical Engineering Services and wishing to be a qualified Mechanical Engineering firm for a prequalified bidders list known as the Vendor of Record - Mechanical Engineering (VOR-ME). Successful proponents will be provided opportunities to bid on projects for the Design & Construction Department of Facility Services at McMaster University over the term identified in this Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) or until the RFSQ is cancelled by McMaster University. The term of the Vendor of Record Arrangement (VOR-ME) established through this RFSQ shall be for an initial period of two (2) years from the date of award, with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, at the sole discretion of McMaster University. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform Question Deadline 10/29/2026 at 2:00 PM ET The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
