Converse Project No.: 19-23104-06 It is the intent of the RTAA to select a qualified Contractor licensed to work in the State of Nevada for the abatement and demolition of the General Aviation Operations Building (GAOB) at 601 S. Rock Blvd. on Reno-Tahoe International Airport property. The work includes, but is not limited to, AOA fencing relocation, hazardous materials abatement, utility work, building demolition, and site grading, and to provide all material , labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide the Scope of Work entitled "601 S. Rock Blvd. Building Demolition" per the specifications, drawings, and plans provided herein as Attachment D - Special Conditions, Attachment E Bid Item Clarifications & Technical Specifications, Attachment F - Plans, Asbestos Report, and Original Building Plans, subject to all terms and conditions contained in this ITB . Funding for this Project has been approved. The Engineer's Estimate range for the Project is $900,000.00 to $1,100,000.00 and will be funded by the RTAA's general fund, not by Federal grants.
