The Connecticut Chapter of The Nature Conservancy (TNC) is seeking to contract a Supplier to provide services on the design, engineering, and permitting of nature-based solutions and Best Management Practices to address stormwater flooding in the City of Groton. TNC and staff from The City of Groton will work with the selected Supplier to design, engineer, and permit a series of conceptual designs that were developed following an intensive stormwater modeling and community engagement effort. All Supplier queries must be submitted through the email address timothy.clark@tnc.org. Supplier submits any clarification queries October 9, 2026 The Conservancys Response to Suppliers Queries October 16, 2026 The Conservancy reserves the right to reject any or all offers for any reason, waive technicalities, and pursue purchasing in a manner that is in the organizations best interest. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
