Site work and new construction of a civil project in Derby, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Bidders shall submit all questions to the Engineer in writing via email to Jeremy Burch, P.E. (jburch@hwcengineering.com). Questions will be taken until 5:00 PM local time Thursday, September 24th, 2026. At this time no further questions will be answered, or changes made to the documents. The Project will be constructed in one (1) contract division which is defined and outlined as follows Division A - Wellfield and Distribution System Improvements The Contract Division A will consist of a. Installation of a Manual Transfer Switch at the Wellfield and associated electrical work to provide a connection for a portable generator (not included in the scope); b. Installation of 651 Radio Read Meters throughout the system; c. Installation of Meter Antenna and Receiver unit for data collection from radio meters d. Installation of four (4) isolation valves within the distribution system at key locations e. Work also includes all associated site restoration, including drive repair, sidewalk repair, and seeding, as generally intended. Installation and construction of the wellfield and water distribution system for Fairview Park.
