Renovation of an educational facility in Wheatfield, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replacement of the existing pool building envelope including face brick, rigid insulation, roof systems, doors and windows. Repair of existing steel columns. Replacement of the existing pool HVAC and duct system with a new roof top system. Replacement of interior finishes, ceilings, lights, flooring, etc. Replacement of existing electrical systems Associated structural, site and foundation work. The work to be included under this contract shall consist of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, service, and labor necessary for and/or reasonably incidental to the construction and completion of the Kankakee Valley High School Pool & HVAC Project. All work shall be performed in the best and most workmanlike manner to complete all construction and everything incidental thereto, as shown on the drawings, stated in these specifications or reasonably implied therefrom.
