The Work is to construct a second potable water storage reservoir for the Stzuminus First Nation (Owner) on Chemainus 13. The reservoir is to have a minimum working volume of 993.52 m3 and match the top water level of the existing reservoir. The tank is to be a glass-fused-to-steel steel tank on an elevated concrete pedestal. Included in the Work, but not limited to, is the construction of: Elevated glass-fused-to-steel steel tank Temporary erosion and sediment control Clearing and grubbing Utility connections to existing water supply, water distribution, power and communications Earthworks Road and reservoir site improvements Optional Work Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
