Renovation of a municipal facility in Antonito, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Removal of approximately 2,900 square feet of asbestos-containing building materials from ceilings, walls, windows, and flooring at three separate facility locations. Work includes cleaning affected areas of asbestos fibers and replacing removed building materials, including all required finishing and painting. The work shall be performed under applicable asbestos abatement requirements and include restoration of the affected areas after removal activities are complete.
