The Project includes the following Work The Work is for a sanitary sewer lift station, water treatment plan upgrades, and water meter installation project located in Rolette County, ND. The Work includes but is not limited to Mobilization which includes TERO Fees (3% of Bid), EPA Fees (1% of Bid). The sanitary sewer lift station installation includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, erosion control , demolition of existing lift station, bypass pumping, excavation, lift station construction (owner supplied control panel and backup generator), sanitary sewer gravity and force main piping, manhole construction, water service line connection, existing system interconnections, pressure testing and disinfection, access road construction, and site reclamation with seeding and mulching. The existing sewer shall remain in operation while the project is being constructed. Construction work includes the demolition of an existing lift station and the installation of a new sanitary sewer lift station, water treatment plant upgrades (Raw Water Influent and High Service Pump area), water meter installation, and related mechanical, structural, and electrical work.
