Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Walker, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of multiple work scopes for all of the work necessary to complete the phased renovations at the Walker-Hackensack-Akeley School. Work to include the construction of a new parking lot, indoor air quality upgrades, renovated administration suites in both Elementary and Highschool wings, as well as renovated bathrooms and secure entrances. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base Bid submitted, made payable to the owner, as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into contract in accordance with contract documents and submitted Bid. Upon award of Contract, Contractor shall provide AIA A312 Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of Contract Sum in accordance with General Conditions and Amendments to General Conditions. Work will begin after receipt of the signed contract from the Owner. The anticipated award date is 11/9/2026. Preconstruction and submittals work related to the project is to commence immediately after receipt of the signed contract. The onsite work will begin on the premises no later than 5/1/2027. Owner requires Phase 1 work to be substantially complete by 8/20/2027 & Phase 2 work to be substantially complete by 8/18/2028.
