In the midst of a housing crisis, it is pursuing its vision of building affordable housing now and for the long term across the Montreal area. As a non-profit paramunicipal organisation, the SHDM helps to maintain and increase the supply of residential rental accommodation for a diverse range of tenants, including those in vulnerable situations, and to promote access to home ownership. In this context, the SHDM is inviting tenders for the following project: General repairs to the building envelope at 3408-3422 Adam Street, Montreal GUARANTEES: The Tender must be accompanied by the following documents: A tender guarantee amounting to 10 per cent of the total cost of the Tender, excluding applicable taxes; A performance bond amounting to 50 per cent of the total cost of the Contract to be awarded, including applicable taxes; A bond for tools, materials and services, amounting to 50 per cent of the total cost of the Contract to be entered into, including applicable taxes. Delivery schedule According to the current schedule, the works are planned to take place after the winter season. The start date of the works will be confirmed in the contract award notice and may be amended depending on the project's requirements. Once the contract award notice has been issued, the works must be completed within a maximum of sixteen (16) weeks from the confirmed start date.
