The project generally consists of all labor, materials, equipment and services required for removal of the old pump, delivering and installing one new irrigation pump systems at the Inland Bays Regional Wastewater Facility, Contract Term: 140 Consecutive Calendar Days Question Deadline 10/26/2026 All Contractor questions must be submitted in writing to Tyler Fink of the Engineering Department at tyler.fink@sussexcountyde.gov no later than five (5) business days prior to the bid opening. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee equivalent to ten (10) percent of the amount of the base bid and all alternates. The bid guarantee may be a certified check or a bid bond secured by a surety authorized to do business in Delaware. Sussex County reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
