The Contractor will provide all materials, supervision, light, power, transportation, labor, tools and equipment necessary to complete the work in strict accordance with the Contract Documents as defined in Article 2 of this Agreement, and perform all work that is reasonably inferable therefrom as being necessary to accomplish the intent of the Contract Documents, and as required by the manufacturer's specifications and all applicable laws, ordinances and rules and regulations of any governing authority including but not limited to the requirements of the Florida Building Code and any amendments thereto. The work to be performed shall hereinafter be referred to as the Work. Question Deadline 11/06/2026 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Owner/Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date set for the opening of bids may not be answered.
