Questions Due Date: Oct 30th 2026, 5:00 PM MDT The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1 . A new museum exhibit hall for aircraft that is approximately 81,742 s.f. . A connector building with restroom facilities and building service spaces 4,600 s.f. An addition to the museum gift shop at approximately 2,480 and new tunnel at 488 s.f. the existing gift shop at 1,663 s.f. will be remodeled . See alternates Specification Section 01 23 00 for summary of all alternates associated with this work. Site improvements include new gravel apron and concrete apron up to the new hanger, vehicle barriers per UFC requirements and new fencing . See site plans for more information . The project shall be considered Occupancy Type A-3 and Construction Type IIB unlimited area.
