The SMW # 1 Surge Tank Replacement Project generally consists of replacing the existing 100- gallon bladder style surge tank with a new 100-gallon air over water surge tank. The project also includes a receiving tank with an air compressor, electrical improvements to the new surge tank and air compressor, as well as relocating some electrical switches, conduits , and wires.
