Renovation of an educational facility in Mendon, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
General Bid for Electrical Prime Contractors, Mendon-Upton Regional School District Miscoe Hill Middle School Electrical Project. The project work consists of the installation of a new generator and replacement of the existing transformer at the Miscoe Hill Middle School in Mendon, MA. The new emergency generator will be mounted on concrete pads located outside the building near the existing Maintenance Room. The new conduits will run on the roof and penetrate the existing CMU wall. A new duct bank trenching across the bituminous driveway will connect the transformer to the existing main electrical room. The project duration will include submittals/procurement in Winter, followed by construction in Summer 2027, during school summer break. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The District reserves the right to reject or accept any or all quotes, in whole or in part, when at its sole discretion, said action is deemed to be in the best interest of the District. The Owner's Project Manager is The Vertex Companies, LLC. and the Project Designer is Habeeb & Associates Architects. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
