Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Round Mountain, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for the demolition of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

Work shall include transporting and installing a government-furnished single CXT vault concrete toilet at Pine Creek Campground. The toilet shall be transported from the Forest Service warehouse located in Austin, NV. Option 1: Work shall include removing and disposing of the existing toilet at Pine Creek Campground. Contractor shall fill in the remaining hole and recontour to match surrounding conditions. 1.2 PROJECT LOCATION A. Pine Creek Campground is located near Round Mountain, Nevada, at coordinates 38.7958, 116.8490 W. 1.3 SITE INFORMATION AND LIMITATIONS The following site conditions are considered incidental to the contract, and the contractor will not be paid directly for any of the following items: 1. Pine Creek Campground will remain open with campers present during construction. 2. Pine Creek Campground is accessed by a dirt road that may be rough in areas. 3. Contractor will provide all materials and labor necessary to protect streams, wet or dry, during construction activities. 4. All construction equipment shall be pressure-washed before entering National Forest System lands. The removal of mud and debris from treads, tracks, and undercarriage, with emphasis on axles, frame, cross-members, motor mounts, and underneath steps, running boards, and front bumper/brushguard assemblies, will be required. The purpose is to reduce or eliminate the transportation of noxious weeds, as required by Federal and State regulations. 5. Permits required by County, State, or Federal laws or regulations shall be obtained by the Contractor. 6. Contractor shall provide adequate signage and barricades and take necessary safety measures to protect the public during all construction operations. Contractor shall minimize disturbance of all undisturbed areas. No water, electricity, or other utilities will be available to the contractor. No site visit is scheduled.
