Demolition, site work and addition to a fitness / recreation center in Round Mountain, Nevada. Completed plans call for the addition of a fitness / recreation center; for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
The expansion of shall be a prefabricated metal building, forty (40) feet by eighty (80) feet with TWO (2) racquetball courts and one (1) fitness room. Racquetball courts will be twenty (20) feet by forty (40) by twenty (20) feet tall and be regulation sized. Fitness room will be the remainder of the expansion with rubber coated floor and T-Bar ceiling. The successful bidder shall furnish all required certificates of insurance, a payment bond and performance bond prior to start of construction. This project will not start until after February 1, 2023 The Town of Round Mountain expressly reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any and all bids, or any portion thereof.
