Period of Performance: 11/13/2026 to 02/26/2027 This project consists of providing all materials , equipment , labor, transportation, and incidentals for completion of the repair storm damage sustained on three buildings at this site The repairs are to include roof replacement , dry wall and insulation replacement , a door replacement, ceiling and insulation replacement, installation of gutters and downspouts , and to replace a portion of the side of the Chino Yard Office ; to perform maintenance to the metal roofs on the Supervisors office and the Chino Shop; to repair window frames on upper windows , to caulk ALL of windows , and to install a Z bar at the roof line on the Supervisoris Office ; and to gutters and downspouts on the Chino Shop . This project could also include, if additional funds are available, optional bid items . The optional bid items are exterior painting on the Yard Office; replace the weather stripping on two garage doors and a door sweep on a manway ; and if mold is found in the Supervisoris Office to replace the dry wall and insulation.
