Construction services are required under a project with an estimated cost range between $100,000 and $250,000 and a required completion period of 180 days after award. The applicable wage determination is General Decision Number NC20260010 dated May 18, 2026. One individual may serve as Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety and Health Officer provided the individual is qualified for all three positions in accordance with the project specifications. The facility will remain operational throughout the construction period, and contractor access to the work area will be provided for the duration of the contract. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest-priced proposal. Offers must remain valid for 60 days from receipt. A site visit is scheduled for October 29, 2026, at 0900, with contractors directed to meet at AS3507. Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs must be submitted to benjamin.a.bryan.civ@us.navy.mil. The cut off for RFIs is October 10, 2026 by 2:00 PM EST in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
