The work includes the realignment of Wallace Creek Service Road (WCSR) with A Street, construction of a roundabout, relocation of Building 17 parking lot on the demolished Building 41 site, installation of lighting for the parking lot and roadway, installation of a channelized right-turn lane at the intersectionof WCSR and Birch Street, installation of a pedestrian sidewalk along the east side of McHugh Boulevard between Birch Street and WCSR , site driveway modifications at the Marine Corps Exchange ("Marine Mart") and St. Francis Xavier Catholic Chapel ("Catholic Chapel") driveways, and associated roadway and utilities and incidental related work .
