Renovation of a municipal facility in Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The objective of this project is to repair various building systems according to the 100% Design Package documents prepared by Bailey Edward Design. The contractor shall include all services and field labor, equipment (including cranes, rigging, and digging equipment), materials, testing and personal protective equipment necessary to perform the work. No government equipment or services will be available for use by the contractor. The facility will be occupied and must remain operational during construction activities. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to repair various building systems at the facility. Work includes repair and improvement activities for building systems as identified in the project scope documents and shall be completed in accordance with all contract requirements. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all resources required to perform the repairs and ensure the building systems are restored to proper operating condition. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
