Reference Number 00005258959 The contract may be extended on an annual basis subject to the approval of the CSF and the Proponent. It is the objective of the CSF to identify a Proponent who can provide safe, efficient and dependable management services for these locations. The CSF is wanting to contract with Canadian companies currently operating within the geographic areas where the schools are located. The Proponent shall furnish all labour, vehicles, special equipment, materials, and supplies where necessary, to provide the services required. Sub-contracting is not allowed. Labour is to be performed by employees (as opposed to contractors) of the proponent. The CSF reserves the right to award this contract to multiple Proponents at the sole discretion of the CSF.
