Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Twin Bridges, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of the construction of a new event center at the Madison County Fairgrounds in Twin Bridges, Montana. The work consists of two schedules. Bidders may elect to bid on one or both of the Schedules. Schedule 1 includes site preparation and placement of structural backfill material necessary for completion of the earthen site building pad. Schedule 2 consists of designing the structure and foundation, fabricating the structure, and delivering the structure and all appurtenances to the specified location within Twin Bridges, Montana. The supplied building includes all exterior walls, framing, roofing, siding, foundation connections, doors, electrical features, and appurtenances for construction of a completely enclosed, and weather tight structure. Bidders are requested, but not required, to provide bids for identified optional bid items included in Schedule 2. Madison County will complete the interior improvements and finishing, as well as complete water and sewer extensions. Construction of the foundation and building erection in Schedule 2 may be included in the contract or may be completed by Madison County using local forces or separate contracts. The supplied structure shall meet applicable local, state, and federal building codes and requirements.
