General Information The Owner is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a complete 60' x 120' pole building with 16' sidewalls, full interior finishing, mechanical systems, utility hookups, and other specified work items. Project Description The project consists of constructing a fully functional pole building including structural work, concrete floor, insulation, interior steel, overhead doors, service doors, mechanical heating, plumbing, electrical, and all associated utility connections. 3. Scope of Work The successful contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, permits, inspections, and coordination required to complete the following: A. Site Preparation Clear building site of vegetation and debris. Grade, level, and compact building pad. Provide drainage measures to ensure long-term stability. B. Building Structure Construct a 60' x 120' pole building with 16' high sidewalls. Install all structural components including posts, trusses, purlins, girts, and necessary bracing.
