Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chipley, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project primarily consists of roadway and drainage improvements on Pecan Street from South Blvd to Church Ave within the City of Chipley. Roadway improvements include complete reconstruction of the existing paved roadway with the addition of concrete drop-curb along both sides and new concrete driveways and isolated sections of concrete sidewalk replacement. Drainage improvements consist of replacement of drainage culvert end treatments and addition of concrete ditch pavement and rip-rap rubble. Signing and pavement markings are also included with thermoplastic striping being placed on the final asphalt surface. This project also includes minor utility work consisting of valve and manhole adjustments. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570.
