Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and addition to a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,230,000-square-foot, 11-story above grade conference / convention center; for the demolition of a transportation facility; and two-story above grade, 800-space parking garage.
Construction was completed in year 2023. This is "Site A" for the overall Convention Center expansion project. This project will include construction of 150,000 square feet of heavy-load exhibition space, 100,000 square feet of flex-load exhibition space, 120,000 square feet of meeting rooms, a full service kitchen, and a 60,000-square-foot ballroom, 310,000 square feet of lobby and circulation space, 415,000 square feet of support spaces, 75,000 square feet of loading area, street level retail, and restaurants and 500 to 800 parking spaces.
