Site work for a civil project in Allagash, Maine. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
As of July 23, 2025 Bid were rejected , No definite date for rebid. Bids for culvert replacement on Walker Brook Road and Inn Road. Also guardrail clean-out on Walker Brook Road and Frank Mack Road to be included in Bid. The Selectpersons reserve the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. The successful bidder will be required to provide documentation of all necessary insurances, before entering into a contract with the Town of Allagash. No Sub-Contracting will be permitted. List of culverts with dimensions needing replacement: Walker Brook Rd: 2 at 45"x18", 1 at 60'x18", 1 at 40'x12" Inn Rd: 1 at 52'x18" Each culvert needs to be 1' LIFT of gravel and compacted until full Asking the Bid recipient to provide all materials for said project. Any questions about the project need to be submitted in writing to Selectpersons prior to bid deadline.
